We have long-standing relationships with our international clients and an unrivalled track-record in providing them with qualified and experienced personnel from cadets to senior officers. All our applicants are put through a stringent selection and vetting process on their qualifications, past performance and motivation before being included in our database. At sea our personnel enjoy excellent working and living conditions. Thanks to our quality control and extensive pool of highly qualified seafarers we can claim to be working with some of the best and experienced maritime professionals.

Our team has an excellent performance history with more then 30 years of experience in crewing business. We guarantee rapid crew transfers from the international airports located in the following cities of Republic of Georgia: Batumi, Kutaisi, Tbilisi.

We have extensive business dealings with shipagents in ports of Europe, Argentina, Chile, Republic of South Africa and other convinient locations.

A few years ago, Rederij Groen made an innovative step by introducing the first purpose-built escort vessel. The high standard performances of this vessel have proven the quality of the design which also has been recognized in the offshore industry.  The company now makes the next step by introducing the first DP1 escort vessel with a 12 tons workboat Davit.

The core business of the Martracon Group is crew management where we provide our clients with professional crew from all over the world on all different types and sizes of vessels. Over the past years, the expertise broadened, and we now provide various ship management services to our clients.

Through the years of experience in the various ship management areas, we can also offer support in the individual areas of ship management. Whether payrolling, eWallet solutions, or other services, you can always rely on our experience, our network and transparent working culture.

We as Martracon are a family owned and run business, independent from any shipping company which is why we can concentrate and focus specifically on our crew.

Our new OPL Tankers DMCC was established in 2021 as a ship management company with Head Offices in Dubai.
