The sailing schedule is 11 weeks on, 9 weeks off.

A candidate whom is positively first evaluated by the crewing department will have an interview with company's representatives as well. Thus candidate needs to be able to communicate in good English.

if accepted, the candidate will have to participate in certain courses from the company's Academy.
