ELSERI  Ltdis dedicated for serving different maritime companies worldwide. We are able to find seamen with the appropriate qualifications . We haveextensive databases of Georgian seamen. 90% of these seamen have prior experience working for international ship-owners. We are able to fulfill requests for  officers and ratings ( Also deck and engine Cadets). All of our candidates have been educated at the two well known local Batumi Maritime Academy and Maritime Training Center. Their certificates and licenses are in accordance with S.T.C.W.95 and other relevant International Regulations.
