Our company provides Crew for a fleet of about 100 Bulk Carriers (Handysize, Supramax, Panamax, Kamsarmax, Capesize) and of about 50 Tankers (Chemical, Aframax, Suezmax, VLCC).

The most of our Clients based in Greece and they are some of the biggest / serious Shipping Management Companies.

Our company is registred since 27/06/2010. We have experienced and cohesive team, all our employees has from 3 to 10 years of experience in the different sectors of industry including merchant fleet, oil/chemical/product tankers, LPG/LNG carriers and different types of off-shore vessels.

At the moment we provide our services to our partners in crew selection for different types of vessels as well as performing total ship management of four modern LPG carriers. 

We are able to provide at short notice experienced crew for short or long periods, and are able to provide a mechanism which can lead to permanent employment in some instances. CV’s have been sent, approved and personnel mobilised worldwide in a matter of hours!

Our team are happy to arrange and manage travel requirements for contractors travelling to and from projects, and can arrange visa’s etc where required.

            We are Government licensed: Ukrainian Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance issued the permission to our company to act as an intermediary between the Ship Owners/Ship managers and the Seafarers from Ukraine and Georgia and abroad employed on different types of vessels: bulk carriers, container vessels, oil, product, chemical tankers, dry cargo, general cargo vessels, including Passenger Vessels (Crew and Service Personel ) and yachts.
           
            We are always open for new cooperation possibilities both with Shipping companies and seafarers who are interested in a long-term and mutually profitable partnership.
            Our services are:

• selection of appropriate candidates according to owners' requirements;  
• checking of seafarers’ professional skills;
• English test (interview and Marlins);
• checking documents for validity and compliance with STCW 78/95, ISM, ISPS, IMO regulations;
• checking previous service (references, evaluation forms, sea service records);
• assistance in obtaining visa to any countries of the world (by owners’ request),
• filling up documents to work on ships under foreign flags;
• preparing all necessary documents for crew dispatching (crew list, guarantee letter);
• seafarers’ familiarization with the Company’s policies and requirements;
• assistance in obtaining all marine certificates.
