General Requirements:

• Maximum Age:
• For Master : 55 years,
• For CO, 2E: 50 years, etc.
• CES Test:
• The company does not consider candidates without passing the CES test (for all fleets).
• Chemical Cargo List:
• Please send the chemical cargo list for Chemical CO and Master (Chemical Fleet).
• Suitability:
• Candidates who worked on different types of vessels are NOT suitable!

Experience Requirements for Different Fleet Types:

1. DRY CARGO FLEET (RO-RO, BULK, CONTAINER):

• All candidates must have at least 12 months of experience in rank.
• BULK: Candidates must have experience on vessels with DWT from 55,000 tons. Recent contracts are very important.
• CONTAINER: Experience on the same DWT container fleet is required.
• RO-RO: Experience on RO-RO vessels with DWT from 20,000 tons.

2. TANKER FLEET:

Experience requirements for the tanker fleet by rank:
• MSTR, CE, ETO: Minimum 24 months of experience in rank.
• CO, 2O, 2E, 3E: Minimum 18 months of experience in rank.
• 3O, 4E: Minimum 12 months of experience in rank.

3. DRY FLEET (BULK, CONTAINER, RO-RO):

• For all ranks: Minimum 12 months of experience.
