Company Velifera was founded in 2009 in Klaipeda, Lithuania by a group of skilled and reputable Marine Experts and now We have the pleasure to introduce ourselves also as a Crewing company.
   Our mission is to provide professional and competent crew manning services to Shipowners/Managers which will support and encourage safe and efficient ship operations and management, as well as to help qualified marine officers and crew to realize their highest potential and knowledge and to find permanent job at sea.
   As a crewing agency we carry out all the necessary documentation, arrange trips, settle matters that may arise during the contract period, verify the certificates, licenses, diplomas, and candidates’ knowledge of English. For every vacancy we offer several candidates.
   

Компания «Экспресс Лайн" была основана в 2002 году. Основным видом деятельности Компании является оказание посреднических услуг по трудоустройству украинских моряков на суда иностранных судовладельцев.

           За время своего существования Компания сумела занять достойное место на рынке труда  благодаря обширной базе данных квалифицированных, профессиональных  моряков, имеющих  отличный опыт работы на различных типах судов, а также благодаря работе надежного и опытного офисного персонала.

          Все моряки имеют документы в полном соответствии с международными правилами и требованиями и отвечают стандартам Конвенции STCW'78 с поправками, внесенными в 1995 году, а также МКУБ.

         Система менеджмента качества компания сертифицирована Российским морским регистром судоходства в соответствии с требованиями ISO9001:2008- Сертификат № 13.274.180 от 12.08.2013г., а также в соответствии  с MLC 2006  - Сертификат №  13.061.048 от 23.09.2013.

         Кроме этого мы работаем со многими речными компаниями, которые осуществляют перевозки по реке Дунай, а также в нашем оперировании находится речное сухогрузное судно.
 
          Компания продолжает развиваться и всегда готова предложить качественный сервис в подборе морских и речных специалистов.

“Volans” and its subsidiary “Volan-Sea” are one of the leading and the most experienced crewing agencies in Ukraine that specialize on selecting qualified personnel for cruise vessels and yachts.

We are still the sole and exclusive crewing agents for Louis Cruise Lines since 1997 and since 2004 we started cooperation with Princess Cruises ( Bermuda Company). We are also crewing agents for AIDA Cruises, Panstar Lines, Swan Hellenic, Mano Maritime as well as Louis Hotels.

At present our crew is working on board more than 40 cruise vessels of Princess Cruises, Cunard Lines, Louis Cruise Lines and other vessels of our Principals (25 vessels out of 40 carry over 1500 passengers).

About 1000 new joiners are embarking the vessels of our Principals through our company every year.

All managers of “Volans” and “Volan-Sea” have strong sea-going experience, most of them on board the vessels of our Shipowners, which enables us to select, train and inform our candidates in conformity with the standards set by our Principals.

Marine agencies “Volans” and “Volan-Sea” possess all the state licenses and certificates that are necessary for legal crewing activities in Ukraine.
