We are now expanding into maritime crewing, providing ship owners and managers with rigorously screened, highly competent seafarers.

We supply Deck Officers, Engine Officers, and Ratings & Catering staff, along with flexible crew solutions including voyage-based supply, long-term deployment, crew management, rapid mobilization, and crew change support.

All seafarers are STCW certified, MLC 2006 compliant, medically fit, and background-verified, with experience across tankers, bulk carriers, offshore, and container vessels.

Our engineering and telecom heritage brings a strong foundation of discipline, compliance, and operational reliability to global maritime manpower solutions.

More than 30 years innovating 

In July 1996 Capt. Marcelino Tuero Zorrilla founded PROPERMAR® as the first Crew Manager Company in Mexico. Aiming to offer "Maritime Crew Services for the shipping and port industry." Since its inception, over more than two decades ago, PROPERMAR® has stood out for its dedication to the professional growth of its seafarers, forming them as Deck & Engine Cadets to Masters and Chief Engineers, also promoting the best Ratings we could offer.
