Technical Manager

The Technical Project Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Burgas, Bulgaria. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing technical projects for vessels, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with Company's procedures. Key responsibilities include defining project scope, developing schedules, monitoring project progress, controlling costs, and ensuring the quality and timely completion. The Technical Project Manager will work closely with engineering teams, vessel crews, suppliers, and office personnel to resolve technical issues, mitigate operational risks, and optimize maintenance planning. The role also involves preparing project reports, maintaining technical documentation, and monitoring compliance requirements.

Strong Project Management and Program Management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple vessel maintenance projects blem-Solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data, assess equipment condition, and support informed decision-making.
Experience in maritime engineering, ship maintenance, technical management, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering , Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture
Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Skills on Danaos System is a plus
