POSITION SUMMARY

The Sport Coach (Trainer) is responsible for conducting various sports sessions, including basketball, football, volleyball, endurance training. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional sports experience that promotes guest engagement, health, and well-being. Trainers will lead group sports sessions, and ensure that all sports equipment is maintained to the highest SENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and instruct group sports sessions including basketball, football, volleyball, endurance training, and agility vide personalized sports consultations and create individualized training programs for guests.
Monitor the condition and maintenance of all sports equipment, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
Engage with guests to enhance their sports experience while llaborate with the Sport Supervisor (Head Coach) to implement new sports programs and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of sports equipment.
SKILLS

Certified sports coach, personal trainer, or group sports instructor (e.g., basketball, football, volleyball, etc.).
Excellent communication and motivational skills.
Ability to work with guests of all sports levels.
Knowledge of sports equipment maintenance and safety.
CPR and First Aid certification ing Energy to the experience and foster team sprit - it’s crucial to create a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere during sessions. Bringing energy to the experience involves being actively engaged, motivating participants, and demonstrating a genuine passion
