International consultancy project for a fleet of 60 vessels (Tankers, LNG, LPG, Bulk Carriers and Container Vessels).
Сonduct onboard crew training, competency assessments and internal audits onboard company vessels worldwide.
Assignments typically involve joining vessels for 5–8 days to evaluate crew performance, deliver practical training and support compliance with company standards, SIRE 2.0, PSC and MLC requirements.
• Master Mariner COC
• Previous experience as Master, Marine Superintendent or Nautical Superintendent
• Experience in onboard crew training, auditing or competency assessment
• Good knowledge of SIRE 2.0, PSC inspections and MLC 2006
• Experience on Tankers or LNG/LPG
• Excellent English
• Ability to travel internationally at short notice
• Internal Auditor qualification will be considered an advantage
• Consultancy / Freelance engagement
