Founded in 1999, Fortuna International employs around 100 professionals across Europe and provides comprehensive maritime services, including port agency, hold cleaning & maintenance, crane operators, and related services.
We are looking for an experienced Head of Agency Department to establish and develop our port agency operations in Northern and Western Poland, with a primary focus on Gdańsk, Gdynia and Szczecin.

Important Information

- No existing large local team at the initial stage
- You will represent the company locally and act as the key decision-maker
- This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset rather than a standard corporate approach

Candidate Profile
- Polish citizenship (required)
- Proven experience as a Port Agent
- Practical knowledge of port operations in Gdańsk, Gdynia and/or Szczecin – strong advantage
- Solid background in port agency and maritime operations
- Strong commercial and operational understanding of the shipping industry
- Ability to work independently and develop business relationships locally
- Very good command of English (business level, B2+/C1)
