One of the newbuilds of Edda Wind is done in the shipyard in Vietnam. Edda Wind needs (whenever ready) candidates for 2nd Engineer. To open Vietnamese visa will take e offered conditions there are as follows:
• - regular wage - 2nd engineer 8421 eur. (NIS flag) ;
• - bonus of 50 USD/day (recalculated to EUR) for food
• - accommodation paid by the company
• - if Vietnamese tax appears due to long-term work at shipyard, this will be covered by the company
• - possibility of continuous stay on site or in rotation with another CE (8x8 weeks is suggested rotation)
The candidate will be having the priority to stay on the vessel when it finally commence operation in 2nd engineer role as well so in reality they may be involved in building of the vessel for themselves.
