Seeking a 2nd Chef for the ROPAX vessel Stena Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Cook in preparing and cooking meals for the crew and passengers
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley and food storage areas
- Follow safety procedures and regulations in the galley
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cook on board vessels
- Basic culinary skills and knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Valid STCW certification and medical fitness certificate
