Creation of station plans
Storage, issueance and ordering of merchandise items
Daily meeting about menu and offers with stewards and pantry
Crew motivating and talks Participation in department meetings
MonitoringandoptimizationofthedailyserviceInspectionoftheservicestations(organization &cleanliness)
Reservation handling
Welcome and placement of guests, advice and sales Recording of complaints
Review and taking decision Ensuring the smooth running of the service
Co-responsibility for cash up, goods organization, cost control and stocktaking
Active support of the team in the day-to-day operational business
Execution of activities and special events
Assignments in other areas possible, depending on qualification
English a must and would be a huge advantage if German is also spoken
