Baker - passenger (hotel) ship - 41000 grt, 200 m - 20th of March. 3-4 months contract. The Baker is responsible for:
· Preparing Bakery products, in collaboration with colleagues and in respect of designated recipes;
· Performing duties under the guidance of superiors and following instructions;
· Ensuring that preparation and presentation of food is up to the existing standards at all times;
· Ensuring compliance with the latest ShipSan, HACCP and/or USPH regulations;
· Ensuring the proper and safe use of equipment;
· Ensuring that all logs of the station are updated as outlined in the Health & Hygiene Manuals;
· Assisting with loading and inventory of supplies;
English speaking level to be good.
Ship Cook certificate required.
