Second-in-command of the vessel and head of the deck department, reporting to the Master. You will be responsible for cargo operations, stability, deck maintenance and safety, in line with SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM and ISPS. • Navigation watchkeeping and bridge team management
• Deck crew leadership, safety drills and PMS
• PSC and vetting readiness
