Urgently searching for Fitter for Expedition vessel (1976 year of build). Start 05.11, duration 2,5 months, salary 107-123 euro pd. Location: Antarctica. Requirements: Min 2 years of experience in rank, previous experience on similar older vessels (Experience on passenger vessels is an advantage). Propulsion: Diesel-electric (3 Stork-Werkspoor engines) with a cruising speed of 10.5 to 12 knots. Good verbal and written command of the English language. As Fitter you carry out repairs or maintenance work as instructed by the Chief Engineer or the Second Engineer. Repairs include maintaining the basic design and construction of the ship and repair the ship in such a way that damages are completely wiped ease contact with us in any additional information.
