Candidate Requirements
Valid Certificate of Competency in accordance with STCW regulations
Minimum three completed contracts as 2nd Engineer on similar vessel type and size
Experience with MAN B&W MC, Wärtsilä RTA, or Wärtsilä RT-Flex main engines is an advantage
Strong command of the English language
Experience working with multinational crews
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
