- Company doesn't consider candidates without CES test (FOR ALL FLEET)
- THE CANDIDATES WHO WORKED ON DIFFERENT TYPES OF VESSELS – NOT SUITABLE!!

FOR TANKER FLEET WE NEED THE BELOW EXP IN RANK:
MSTR, CE, ETO - MIN 24 MONTHS EXPERIENCE IN RANK
CO, 2O, 2E, 3E - MIN 18 MONTHS EXPERIENCE IN RANK
3O, 4E - MIN 12 MONTHS EXPERIENCE IN RANK

Note:
THE VESSEL IS WORKING WW, BUT SHE CAN CALL HRA (RED SEA)
