Higher License Bonus: 2nd Officer and 3rd Eng are entitled to a Higher License Bonus of monthly USD 100,- if same are in procession of a higher license and once written confirmation from the NSB crewing department was given. Minimum
one completed contract on board NSB Group vessels and one written recommendation for promotions was given by the ship's command. The bonus is accumulated monthly on board and will be credited on the monthly payroll. The bonus
can be withdrawn when the performance on board is not showing a recommendation for promotion.
