- Good English.
- Candidates should not have sailed on more than 2 Companies in the last 5 completed contracts.

- Master & Chief Engineer: 55 Years max
- Chief Officers & 2E: 50 Years max
- 2nd Officer – till 47 years old
- ETO: below 50 year old
