FOR TANKER FLEET WE NEED THE BELOW EXP IN RANK:
- MSTR, CE, ETO - MIN 24 MONTHS EXPERIENCE IN RANK
- CO, 2O, 2E, 3E - MIN 18 MONTHS EXPERIENCE IN RANK
- 3O, 4E - MIN 12 MONTHS EXPERIENCE IN RANK
