- THE CANDIDATES WHO WORKED ON DIFFERENT TYPES OF VESSELS – NOT SUITABLE!!!
- Good English, experience on vessels of the same type and similar DWT.
- Company doesn't consider candidates without CES tes
- Only candidates with references.
- 3E - MIN 18 MONTHS EXPERIENCE IN RANK
