We look for a 2nd Engineer able to join a Container vessel (2006 year built; flag Liberia ; GT 27915 / DWT 38122; 2700 TEUs, ME MAN-B&W (Group: MAN-B&W), Engine Builder: Hitachi Zosen Corp - Japan 1 x 7L70MC-C, 2 Stroke; 21770 kW / 29598 hp) at the end of May at Istanbul. International crew on board.
Conditions of employment: 4 months contract; the proposed monthly salary 7200 – 8100 USD ( depends on rank experience; 36 months – USD8100); re-joining bonus of USD1500 will be paid from the second contract.
From prospective candidates we expect:
- rank experience and experience with MAN 2 str. main engine
- knowledge of English – Lower Intermediate level or higher
