Experience: Cargo operations (very important to be hands-on, this role is navigation and cargo), crew
administration and training, safety officer, paper charts.
Experience with dry bulk operations (not suitable for candidates with only container/car carrier/DP
experience)
Must be able to hold a solo navigational watch
Must be physically fit
