The Second Engineer - (RT Flex/ME experienced) supervises all repair and maintenance work arising in the engine department according to Chief Engineer´s instructions.
He has to ensure that all engine department personnel are working in compliance with safety and environmental protection e Second Engineer is responsible for the occupational health & safety regulations and the proper performance of all related procedures and precautionary e ideal candidates should have completed several assignment (preferable 24 months) as Second Engineer on similar type of vessels.
