Marine ETO (Electro-Technical Officer) – Duties & Responsibilities
1. Electrical Systems Maintenance: Maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electronic systems, including generators, motors, switchboards, and power distribution equipment.

2. Instrumentation and Control Systems: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot automation systems, control panels, sensors, navigation equipment, and communication systems.

3. Equipment Inspection and Testing: Conduct routine inspections, electrical testing, and preventive maintenance to ensure the reliability and proper functioning of all electrical and electronic equipment.

4. Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical assistance in diagnosing electrical and electronic faults, implementing corrective actions, and minimizing equipment downtime during operations.

5. Safety and Technical Documentation: Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and applicable marine regulations while maintaining maintenance records, inspection reports, and technical documentation.
