We are looking for Master(OOW) to join Pusher Tug for operating in inland waters.
Possibility for stable job as retirement career, or for those that are not happy to be at sea, but have good management and leadership skills, and willing to work with small crew, operating tug pusher within inland waters.

- Pension, taxed paid
- No work during nights(no night time navigation).
- Salary: ~ 4300-4500 Eur /month while on board after taxes.

Requirements:
Preferable Inland water license, if not in possession – a simple 15 min online exam will be organized.
Valid Seamans book;
Valid or previously held (can be expired) STCW II/1 - Officer in Charge of Navigational Watch, STCW documents (preferable) or STCW II/2
Minimum of 1 year of experience of work at sea.

Other Contract information:
- Route Kaunas- Klaipeda- Kaunas / The trip along the river takes about 1–2 days as well. / Around 6 round trips per month when cargo exists. Otherwise stand by days alongside.
-Work experience counts towards employment history, pension accumulation, and includes full social guarantees.
- The crew will work shifts and sleep on the ship. The schedule is self-organized, but mainly, the person steering the ship would work in a 6-hours-on/6-hours-off or 12/12 rotation, taking into account requirements for rest/work hours as per MLC legislation.
