Columbia Shipmanagement is looking for experienced Master candidates to join one of our cruise ships.

Job Description:
Overall command of the vessel, responsible for the safe operation and optimal performance, responsible for implementing, maintaining and improving the Company’s Management System. The Master is accountable to the Company, the ship Owner and the National and International Authorities.

Requirements:
Holder of valid COC (STCW Reg II/2) with verification and all valid STCW certifications required for the position.
Minimum 12 months’ previous sea service in the same role on similar sized vessels
Experience in sailing in Mediterranea sea and Greek Islands
Good communication and leadership skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English language.
Safety culture and mind-set.
Experience with multicultural working environment.
