Receptionist

We are pleased to announce below the positions which we are looking for the upcoming season 2022 :

• Receptionists (German speakers)
• Night Auditors (German speakers)

We are planning to meet suitable and pre-selected candidates on the 22nd of December on recruitment session by Skype.

Requirements:
· Trustworthy, efficient and able to work on board
· Cost and quality awareness
· Pleasant and polite manners
· Excellent communicational skills
· Well-groomed and clean appearance

Completed apprenticeship or specialized training in hospitality.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
Advanced level of German both, written and verbal.
Advanced computer skills, ICDL iendly and service-oriented personality.
Excellent teamwork and stress resistance.

Tasks / Responsibilities:

Service-oriented assistance for our international guests.
Responsible for the entire Front Office.
Responsible for a smooth embarkation and disembarkation of the guests.
Money handling, daily and monthly accounting.
Application of the hotel program Resco and MS pliance with safety standards and legal regulations.

Employment conditions:

· Contract duration: from March/April - till November (possible longer on personal request of employee)
· Rotation: 9 weeks On Board / 3 weeks Off board (at home). Travel expenses of Euro 200 are paid by Employer.
