Requirements:
• Minimum 12 months experience as Carpenter/Furnisher/Polisher/Upholsterer
• Good command of the English Language.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Assists in the maintenance and repairs of furniture of Guest and Crew accommodations, public areas, bars, lounges, restaurants and all other areas throughout the vessel.
• Required to ensure the cleanliness and operation of the Carpenter workshop, equipment, inventory and consumables.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Ensure that planned maintenance assigned to their discipline is conducted and reported.
• Partake in inspections, trainings and meetings as instructed by the Head of Department.
• Other tasks pertaining to departmental operations as instructed by the Head of Department.
• Ensures that the set standards are kept.
