Responsibilities:
- Crew recruitment and manning.
- Maintaining a seafarer database, working with CVs and profiles.
- Monitoring contract expiration dates and crew rotations.
- Arranging medical examinations, visas, flight tickets, and crew embarkation.
- Communicating with seafarers, agents, and shipowners.
- Preparing documentation and reports.

Requirements:

Requirements:
- Knowledge of the maritime industry and crew structure.
- English proficiency — B1 (Intermediate).
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM, and seafarer management systems.
- Strong communication skills, responsibility, and ability to work in a team.

Work Conditions / Offer:

Work format: Remote
Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off, full-time (8 hours per day)
