Vessel Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for a Maritime Operations Coordinator (Digital Guard) to join our team IMMEDIATELY and support the delivery of real-time digital maritime security services to vessels operating across global high-risk routes.

What you’ll be doing:
• Monitor client vessels operating in high-risk areas through our digital platform
• Identify and respond to maritime security events
• Provide timely information and incident reports to vessels and internal teams
• Monitor maritime intelligence channels, social media, and other sources for emerging threats
• Escalate security risks and provide proactive support to clients
• Coordinate with maritime stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery
• Support digital service development and rollout
• Assist with Ship Security Alert System (SSAS) management

• Maritime background or relevant maritime operations experience
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
• Comfortable working in 24/7/365 shift-based watchkeeping operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Good English communication skills
• Basic knowledge of maritime security and vessel operations
• Good computer skills and ability to work with digital monitoring platforms
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness

Full-time onsite position in Limassol, Cyprus. 24/7/365 rotating shift schedule. 24-month contract with a monthly salary of EUR 1,000–1,300.
