Shipyard / Shore-Based Employment

Permanent shipyard positions available for experienced personnel: Electrical & Automation Engineers (Shipboard Automation, Electronics, and Radio Navigation Systems – Repair, Commissioning, and Troubleshooting) – 6 positions
EUR 2,300- 3,000 (depending on qualifications)

Work Conditions / Offer:

Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience. During the initial period of employment, the basic salary will apply. If the candidate demonstrates a high level of skills and performance, the salary will be increased accordingly.

Expected joining: July–August

Contract duration: 6 months

Location: Permanent shore-based employment at a shipyard

Work hours:
Monday – Friday
07:00 – 12:00, 14:00 – 18:00
Lunch Break: 12:00 – 14:00

Saturday
07:00 – 13:00

Sunday
Day off

Leave: Subject to the employee's request and agreement with the management (typically 2–3 months)
