The Destination Coordinator is a key on‑board resource for residents, providing expert destination knowledge for ports of call on the ship’s itinerary. The role combines:

Destination expertise
Confident public speaking and presentations
Resident engagement and advisory support
Collaboration with entertainment and ship management teams
The coordinator acts as a destination consultant and adviser, delivering insights, travel tips, cultural context, and practical information.

Required / Preferred
Strong public speaking and presentation skills
Ability to engage large audiences
In‑depth destination knowledge or willingness to research quickly
Previous experience in:
Travel
Tourism
Related fields (preferred)
Proficiency in:
PowerPoint
Excel
Microsoft Office programs
Ability to adapt to a dynamic onboard work environment
Valid STCW and medical certificates (as per ship requirements)
