Project Duration: Approx. 10–12 days
Type of Work: Main Engine Overhaul
Scope of Work:
Complete exchange of all cylinder heads (overhauled units will be available on site)
Overhaul of all pistons, with 4 reconditioned piston crowns for exchange, 4 to be reinstalled
Calibration and honing of all cylinder liners
Reassembly of engine and run test while vessel is at layup berth

Requirements:
Proven experience with MAN 8L58/64CD engines or similar (. MAN 48/60B)
Previous service reports required as reference
All technicians must hold valid USA visa (preferably B1/B2, minimum C1/D)
Availability to join end of May 2025
