Duties &Respons1b1l1ties:
• Maintenance and repair of all electrical equipment in engine room, bridge equipment, deck machinery , galleys, lido bar, pantries and laundry equipment , motors, ele. pumps, generators, switchboards, batteries
• Ensures regular maintenance or checks are carried out on:
Engine Room Alarm Panel, Anchor Windlass, Capstan,
• Sprinkler System, DECKMA Smoke Detection System, DECKMA Automatic
Fire Doors
• Responsible for maintaining the Navigation Lights both
220v and 24v systems
• Maintenance & repairs of the deck winches and electrical tools
• ensures the operation of Gyro & Repeater compasses, auto pilot, and navigation equipment
• Emergency Battery System
• Help and cooperate with ETO if so required for different electrical and electronic units in hotel areas and department after comfirmation by Cheng
• Comply with safety, health policy and programm on board
