Dear Sirs,
            We have the pleasure to introduce ourselves as a crewing company in Odessa, Ukraine. Company OLYMP was founded in 1998 by a group of specialists experienced in crewing, shipping and sea business.
            We are Government licensed: Ukrainian Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance issued the permission to our company to act as an intermediary between the Ship Owners/Ship managers and the Seafarers from Ukraine and Georgia and abroad employed on different types of vessels: bulk carriers, container vessels, oil, product, chemical tankers, dry cargo, general cargo vessels, including Passenger Vessels (Crew and Service Personel ) and yachts.

            We are always open for new cooperation possibilities both with Shipping companies and seafarers who are interested in a long-term and mutually profitable partnership.
            Our services are:

• selection of appropriate candidates according to owners' requirements;
• checking of seafarers’ professional skills;
• English test (interview and Marlins);
• checking documents for validity and compliance with STCW 78/95, ISM, ISPS, IMO regulations;
• checking previous service (references, evaluation forms, sea service records);
• assistance in obtaining visa to any countries of the world (by owners’ request),
• filling up documents to work on ships under foreign flags;
• preparing all necessary documents for crew dispatching (crew list, guarantee letter);
• seafarers’ familiarization with the Company’s policies and requirements;
• assistance in obtaining all marine certificates.
