WORKING DIPLOMA OF 3RD ETO
Certified and knowledge of Marine High Voltage
Essential Responsibilities:
• Responsible for maintenance and repair of Electrical equipment in the galleys, pantries, bars, elevators, public areas, corridors and Engine room as directed by 1st Electrical engineer
• Maintenance and repair of Main and Crew laundry equipment.
• Monitoring all interior and exterior lighting to ensure it remains operational.
• Ensuring the Cleanliness of Electrical Workshop.
• Assist in repair and maintenance of all light, sound and audio equipment.
• Assist in repair and maintenance of all safety and security equipment onboard
• Assist in repair and maintenance to any electrical fault within a passenger cabin.
• Responsible for inventory, cleanliness and functionality of assigned tools
Additional Responsibilities:
• Ensure that planned maintenance assigned to their discipline is conducted and reported.
• Attends passenger functions as instructed by the Head of Department.
• Partake in inspections, trainings and meetings as instructed by the Head of Department.
• Other tasks pertaining to departmental operations as instructed by the Head of Department.
• Ensures that the set standards are kept and staff members work according to their respective job descriptions
