Good communication skills in English
Completed vocational training or experience as a chef
Completed apprenticeship or specialized training as a cook minimum
2 year of professional experience in a comparable position
In-depth knowledge of the menu and food
Knowledge of the tools and functions in the galley
Good communication skills in English and / or German
Responsibilities:
Co-responsible for a section in the galley
Active assistance of preparing daily meals
Professional food handling including buffet and guest service
Implementation of our quality standards in the galley
Compliance with HACCP requirements and labelling
Active support with deliveries and loadings
Active support of the other departments on board
Long term contracts with rotation 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off
