Professional experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience with ala carte restaurant ahore
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage
Service-oriented assistance to international guests
Implementation of quality standards in the restaurant
Independent handling of a service station
Perform all mise-en-place duties
Cooperation in bar and deck events
Active support of the other departments on board

Long term contracts with rotation 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off
