o This covers, but is not limited to, the following equipment
§ Air conditioning systems
§ Air handling units
§ Provision cooling system
§ All galley equipment incl. supply systems (CW, Steam,
§ Pool equipment
§ Jacuzzi equipment
§ Equipment of the restaurants and public area (Water dispensers, coffee machines,
§ Etc.
· Maintaining records of all repairs and preventive maintenance carried out to machinery and hotel equipment.
o This covers, but is not limited to, the following
§ Pool and Jacuzzi water quality checks and records
§ Freshwater quality checks and records
§ Water filters condition check and maintenance record
§ Etc.
