Staff Wellbeing Medic RN - 4000 EUR

QUALIFICATIONS
• Nurse Certification
• First Aid certification
• Must have international driver’s license

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a nurse
• Good communication skills
• Clean driving license
• Absolute honesty, integrity and reliability
• Professional nature
• Advanced in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Immediate response to medical emergencies, provide first aid when needed
• Accompany staff to the medical facility when required
• Able to organize logistics for staff medical testing
• Ability to keep a log of all medical incidents
• High level of organizational skills
• The nurse will be responsible for the wellbeing of the crew and assist in all wellbeing and health related issues
• Maintain proper paperwork/reporting to ensure all incidents and medical emergencies have been filed with Management
• Staff Discipline – ensure that internal code of conduct is adhered to by all Staff and the appropriate disciplinary action taken where necessary
• Compile all documentation required for issuance of security cards, maintain records and monitor expiration dates, liaise with Security personnel for any security card related matters
• Perform random checks including company provided accommodation and personal items
• Development and implementation of action plans to provide a safe environment. Conduct regular fire, emergency and safety checks and drills in the residence in consultation with Security personnel
• Address staff misconduct related to health or safety issues
• Perform other tasks as may be deemed appropriate by Management
