We are pleased to announce below the positions which we are looking for the upcoming season 2022 :

• Demi Chef de Partie (English speakers)
• Chef de Partie (English speakers)
* Sous Chef (English speakers)

We are planning to meet suitable and pre-selected candidates on the 22nd of December on recruitment session.

Requirements:
· Trustworthy, efficient and able to work on board
· Cost and quality awareness
· Pleasant and polite manners
· Excellent communicational skills
· Well-groomed and clean appearance

Completed apprenticeship or specialized training as a cook.
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a comparable position.
In-depth knowledge of the menu and food.
Knowledge of the tools and functions in the galley.
Good communication skills in English and / or German.

Employment conditions:

· Contract duration: from March/April - till November (possible longer on personal request of employee)
· Rotation: 9 weeks On Board / 3 weeks Off board (at home). Travel expenses of Euro 200 are paid by Employer.
· Salary is paid during stay On Board and during vacation at home.

Equally shared tips after each cruise, and personal tips for some positions, as waiters & bartenders
